YOU have been SHAPED to Serve! According to 1 Corinthians 12:7, we all have been given a spiritual gift that should be used to build up the body of Christ. A spiritual gift is a special divine empowerment given to each believer by the Holy Spirit that should be used to minister to others in order to build up the body of Christ.
In other words, every believer is given at least one gift by God to serve the church in some capacity. God’s design is for all of us to act as good stewards of our gifts and use them to glorify God and do good to others. Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms. (1 Peter 4:10 NIV).
We invite you to take a few moments to examine the spiritual gifts God has placed in you and better understand them by doing the following:
1. Take the Spiritual Gifts Survey
2. Review the survey results and detailed report about your gifts.
3. Pray and consider where your gifts might be best used for God’s glory in our church.
